All Services Are By Appointment

Salon Courtesy

We ask that you arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time in order to provide adequate time for a quality consultation & service.

European Level System

To reward our stylists for improving their skills, Llaurel Salon employs the European level system of pricing for hair services.  In this system as stylists improve their skills through continuing education and experience, their services are priced accordingly.  This allows you to chose the level of experience you need. 

Appointments:  All services are by appointment 

We confirm all chemical services and spa services via email 24-48 hours prior to time of service.

Cancellations & Missed Appointments

Should a cancellation or date change be necessary, we request a minimum of 24 hour notice. We understand that life gets in the way of living, and you may not be able to make it to your scheduled appointment.  After three (3) same-day cancellations or missed appointments, you will be asked to reserve future appointments with a credit card. 

Payment Options

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Cash & Checks  (A bank fee applies to returned checks)

Gratuity Policy

We are a NON-gratuity accepting salon.
TIPS (To Insure Proper Service) are not necessary to insure that we perform our services to you at the highest level possible. Gratuities historically have been considered part of our staffs financial means. Our prices now reflect their worth.
